As noted before, so long as proper credit is given you may repaint this aircraft in any livery and upload it to any free site. Here are some tips...:-)
First off - the textures are in DXT3 format meaning that the aircraft is fully reflections capable.
The layout is very simple and needs little explanation. Every texture is named to tell you exactly what it does, but here are some notes:
FFORWARD_T.bmp and FREAR_T.bmp are not square. This is intentional, and they will work fine. Otherwise, repaint as usual. The top half is for the left side of the aircraft, the bottom for the right (I think...!!!). The tip tank textures are like this too - except the whole texture is used for both sides - it's a mirror image on the other side of the tank. This is not really a problem because this is true of most real LearJets - the images are almost always mirrored. DOOR.bmp is for the door - alignment is trial and error, really. That's about it, the other textures are pretty much standard.
